I thought this project was going to be really easy! I have to admit that my thoughts were mistaken. But I felt really excited about this project because it was my first one at High Tech High. Me and my teammates did face some conflicts, that we fortunately were able to solve.
I learned a variety of things throughout this process. In regards to Physics I did learn an incredible amount of things. One of the things that I absolutely learned is that it is very difficult but it isn't impossible. Yet, I have to say there were times when I got really frustrated. When I was working on the torque, I made a lot of mistakes and I had to re-do everything. Since it involves math it wasn't super hard because I love math. There were times that I got super stressed, I thought I wasn't going to be able to get it done in time. I did get some help and I was able to get it done in time and I am extremely thankful for that.
In the Spanish section it got a little bit easier, since I am a fluent Spanish speaker. I hadn't written that much in years though, I definitely learned that. I know how to write and read in Spanish so it wasn't that complicated for me. I translated our whole Artist Statement. I did try my best on translating it and I got some good feedback from my peers. My final draft was better than I expected.
Regards to Humanities I learned enough. My first draft for my treat/ behavior writing wasn't what I expected it to be, I was just writing without knowing it. I got some great feedback from my classmates as well as from my teacher. It totally helped me, I noticed I wasn't including specific details. And I added that to my writing, it made it way better, thanks to the help provided by my peers. Our Artist Statement wasn't that bad to be honest, we just had to fix some misspelling and punctuation errors. Receiving help from my classmates made me feel more secure about my work.
I am very proud of my collaboration in the group. I am positively sure of my collaboration. I contributed with as much as I could, I tried to minimize the work for my team mates. I love collaborating with people and that's why I worked really hard on getting everything done in time. Even though we did sometimes lack collaboration we were able to get everything done well and in time. I am sure that I was a good collaborator and I know this because my teammates shared this and I mostly got everything finished.
I wasn't able to make it to the exhibition because I had a compromise. I was really hoping to attend to the exhibition. I heard some great comments about it, and I suppose that it was great. I am very proud of my teammates who did a great job even though I was absent. Anyway, I had a great time making this project, I've never done anything like this before. This mobile project was very interesting to make, I had a great time collaborating with my teammates and getting to know them. I would unquestionably love to do this again, it is just great that we never stop learning.
I think I deserve an A- because I gave my best in this project and I totally contributed with all that I could. I enjoyed doing this. I could've done a bit better but I am really proud of myself. I had a good time making this project possible. I think that Teamwork is a word that we use and apply to a variety of things. Teamwork made possible all what we have today for example this project we couldn't have done it without teamwork. If we apply teamwork to everything that we do greater the opportunity to make the difference in this world. How will you use teamwork to change the world?
